This notice governs access to and use of the Kommyt website, as well as the information about the product that it provides.

Access to the website is free. Access to the CRM, by contrast, requires a registered business and an account with credentials: there is no public registration.

Anyone who accesses the website undertakes to do so in accordance with the law, this notice and good faith, and not to use it for unlawful activities or for activities that harm the rights of third parties.

It is prohibited to attempt to access restricted areas, to alter the service or to introduce malicious code.

The code, the design, the Kommyt trademark, the texts and the graphic elements of the website belong to the owner or are used under licence.
