Cookie policy
What we store in your browser, what for, and how to turn it off.
01 What a cookie is
A small file that a website stores in your browser to remember information between pages or between visits.
This policy also covers the equivalent browser storage (known as “local storage” and “session storage”): these are not cookie files, but they store information on your device in the same way, so they are declared here on the same basis. In fact, on this website, this is what is used.
02 Cookies we use
Technical and necessary: they keep the session open, protect forms, remember the active business and, when a tablet is shared at the counter, keep the shift open in the account of the person serving. Without them the service does not work, which is why they do not require consent.
One technical identifier is also used to recognise the device, and it is worth explaining exactly what it is: a random number that stays in your browser for one year. It does not say who you are, is not linked to your account or to your business, and cannot be used to log in. It exists so that devices, rather than sessions, can be counted when applying the limit of the contracted plan: two people who take turns on the same tablet are one device, not two.
Preference: they remember interface settings, such as the light or dark theme or the type of business you were consulting, so that you do not have to be asked again when you change page. In the same category, and only for as long as the visit lasts, it is remembered whether you have already seen the entry animation and which opening or closing-of-shift notices have already been shown to you today, so that they are not repeated.
The decision you take in this notice is also stored in your browser, together with the date, so that you are not asked about it again on every page. You can change it at any time from the “Cookies” link in the footer.
Analytics: this website does NOT use any analytics tool and does not load third-party scripts for statistical or advertising purposes. Should any be added in future, your prior consent will be requested and it will be detailed here.
The channel through which you arrived is not stored in your browser either. It is deduced when you enter and lives only in the memory of the page for as long as the visit lasts; if you submit a form, it travels with it, as explained in the privacy policy.
No advertising or profiling cookies are used for commercial purposes.
03 How to manage them
At present there are no optional cookies: all those used are technical or preference cookies. The notice on the website has “Reject” and “Accept all” buttons for a reason that should not be hidden: all they do is store your decision and stop asking you. With either of them, the cookies used are the same, because there is none to activate or block. You may delete them at any time from your browser settings.
If a tool that does require consent were ever added, it will appear in the website’s panel with its own checkbox, and will not be activated until you tick it.
Please note that blocking the technical cookies will prevent you from logging in to the CRM.
04 Updates
This policy may change if the cookies used change. The date of the last review appears at the foot of the page.
