Member management en una sola pantalla
You take payment at the counter and every item is written down.
You tap the products and the ticket builds itself. You pick how they pay — cash, card, wallet or tab — and in the same gesture it’s on record who consumed what, how much and when. No notebooks behind the counter.

The dues go out by themselves, and you see who is up to date.
You set the dues up once and the CRM issues the receipts every period. The list tells you who has paid, whose payment falls due this week and who is carrying debt, with no spreadsheets to cross-check.

You control who comes in and how many people are inside.
You log the entry at the door and the capacity count updates to the second. If somebody turns up with their dues overdue, access warns you before letting them through: the rule applies itself, it doesn’t depend on who is on the door that day.

What slips through the cracks every day.
Kommyt lights up 18 modules for this trade and calls your customers “members”, because that’s what you call them.
Tracking dues and debtors
No clear view of who pays, who owes and when. Recurring income lost and payments collected haphazardly.
Purchases with no audit trail
Staff write it on paper. No real sales audit, and no automatic link between a purchase and the member who made it.
Events with no organisation
Confirmations over WhatsApp, no capacity control, changes announced any which way. Income you cannot trace.

One search for the whole business
Type three letters and find a customer, a product or a CRM feature in the same place, without choosing where to look first. Press ↵ and their record opens, with its history and prices.
It comes off the balance and Ana’s dues are up to date.
Alerts that come to you
Overdue dues, join requests, stock about to run out and till closings. The CRM tells you, and you deal with it in one tap — no need to go looking.
Your menu on the screen in the room
Put your catalogue on the TV in the room. Change a price in the CRM and it changes there, live, without touching the TV.
Audit log
Everyone sees only their own part
Roles with fine-grained permissions: whoever is at the counter takes payment, whoever is at the door logs entries, and the books stay with whoever keeps them. Every change is recorded in the audit log.
Take payment without leaving the counter.
Kommyt’s voice assistant. You dictate what’s happening and it does it: transcribes, understands and carries the action out in the CRM.
“Charge Marta for a soft drink and a beer” — done.
“Add €10 to Carlos’s wallet” or “Close the shift till for me” — by voice.
Take payments, run the place and pull reports by talking, hands free for your work.
You connect your own provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini or Groq) with your key. The AI is paid for at the provider, not at Kommyt: you know exactly what you’re spending, with no surprises. It won’t sign customers up or create products — that’s done by hand, with the record in front of you.

Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we get most.
Still unsure about something? Set your business up and try it, or write to us.
Request your businessHow do I keep on top of members in arrears without constant phone calls?
The CRM flags dues about to fall due by itself, records payments, keeps the collection history and sends reminders with no manual step.
Can I audit what gets sold at the counter each day?
Yes. The built-in till records every purchase against the member who made it, with date, product and price. The full history, exportable.
How do I run an event without losing track of who confirmed?
Automatic digital invitations, confirmations in the app, capacity control and a list that stays current. Communications in one place and changes notified at once.
Do I have to buy readers to control who comes in?
No. From day one you can type the ID document or the membership number on the screen at the door, or register the entry from the dashboard: no hardware at all. If you later want it faster, you can add an NFC tag at the counter, which the member’s own phone reads, and on top of that a personal card for anyone without a phone. Adding one never switches off the last: typing still works in all three modes, and that is what keeps you from leaving someone outside on a match day.
Can a member check their own things without asking at the counter?
Yes, they get their own portal: their wallet balance, their dues and where each one stands, the events coming up, the club’s notices and their contact details, which they can correct if the club allows it. What never leaves the premises is WHAT they bought: the portal shows the date and the amount in euros, never the product name. And joining is still done in person at the club; the portal is not a sign-up form.
Do customers log into the app?
No. Kommyt is private and for the business’s own team. Customers are managed from inside; their way into the premises is their card, not an app account.
Is my data kept separate from other businesses’?
Yes. Each business is isolated at the database level: nobody — no other business, no other user — can see your data.
Can I change plan later on?
Whenever you like, with no commitment. Each plan includes everything in the one below, so moving up is immediate.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Kommyt runs in the browser: the tablet at the counter, a phone, or the office computer. Nothing to install or maintain.
How is the licence paid for?
You set your business up and pick a plan; the licence activates right away. (Payment through a real gateway is coming shortly; signing up already works.)
Guides
How to run a club, even if you never use Kommyt.
Guides written for the counter, covering what works and what doesn’t. Half of what they describe can be done with a spreadsheet, and one of them comes with the template.
